Jennifer is a skilled litigator with significant breadth and depth of experience in federal and state court actions acquired over ten years of practice. She has been involved in litigations and mediations in numerous areas of law, including contract, fiduciary and corporate duties, insurance and reinsurance, tax, banking, and false advertising, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. She has also represented clients in investigations by the SEC and other federal agencies. Jennifer has a proven ability to ramp up quickly and efficiently on matters whether they be newly-filed or in the middle of a hard-fought litigation.
Jennifer began her law career at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, LLP in New York, where she was a litigation association from 2001-2009. After moving to Texas in 2009, Jennifer was with the law firms of Miller Keffer & Pedigo, LLP and Goldfarb LLP before joining Loewinsohn Flegle Deary Simon in 2016. Prior to law school, Jennifer taught English in Okayama, Japan, and was an associate for corporate programs at The Asia Society in New York.

Jennifer earned her Bachelor’s Degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania in 1993, with majors in Asian Studies, Political Science and Environmental Studies. She earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Boston University School of Law in 2001, where she was a note editor for the Law Review.
