Loewinsohn Flegle Deary Simon has substantial experience litigating employment before courts and arbitration panels across the country.  Prior to joining the firm, partner Matt Ray was the head of the labor and employment practice for the Dallas office of one of the world’s largest law firms. Matt has extensive experience litigating individual, class and collective actions involving all aspects of federal and state employment law—including the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII, the ADEA, the ADA, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and ERISA. Matt and partner Craig Simon also have extensive experience litigating cases involving the misappropriation of trade secrets and confidential information, employee raiding, violation of non-compete agreements, and breach of employment contracts. Additionally, Matt, Craig, and Dan Winikka have considerable experience litigating WARN Act cases, which often involve bankruptcy in addition to employment issues.
